By accessing or using BoardPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BoardPilot provides a software-as-a-service platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are prorated for the remaining billing period.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
